Oilers have feasted on him in the playoffs the last 2 years and now he's fresh off another long term injury. Definitely will be surprised if he has this level of hockey in him anymore.

Miracle on Ice wasn't such a hyped up matchup, at least I don't think so (I wasn't born at 1980 so maybe I'm just blowing hot air) in terms of it being two titans going to war with each other. It was a team of "amateur" (i.e. professional) Soviets against a ragtag team of mostly college kids representing the Americans.

Just goes to show you that sometimes the most hyped-up matchups don't always lead to the most memorable games, I guess.

I want to change my opinion of this 4 nation thing...I did not think the players would play 100% and it would be more exhibition/all-star game intensity.
