I'd like to actually see how often "expected" stats accurately predicts the winner of games. That's as good as a win around here.
I mean, it's cool that people in the US that historically ignore hockey suddenly seem to care, but also sort of weird to act like they've discovered something new that they need to tell the world about.
The Tkachuk's are f***ing awesome. They didn't score but they played hard. And Matthew got injured. They did what was neceesary.
Where’s your boy Nate dogg?Lol Canadians are funny. Crosby goes from the best ever who still has it to old and washed up in 48 hours.
You need the best player in the world out there...Big Balls Makar.
2006 was worse, but I digress... the Canadian coaches still have are least one more game to learn their lessons. And then hopefully another.Sucks to be a Canadian hockey fan atm. We are at our lowest point since 1998.
We are always friends, at least from my point of view. We're always friends. I won't go there but a certain someone is making things difficult for us Candians. Like Americans though and your team played a hell of a game, especially defensively.
Sid OT goal. I don’t make the rules.
Is this an Avalanche fan defending Binnington? If you need your goalie to get a shutout to win the game you're doing it wrong.
Nah, nothing is worse than 2006. And 2010 started this way as well.

Hockey Canada management has a year to learn their lessons in picking the best roster. You want to give the coaches multiple weapons and not handcuff them with guys who can't handle the increased pace of play.
I hope to see a rematch on our turf, the hockey world deserves 60 more minutes of this. GG Canada, good luck MondayGood game ...The rematch should be exciting if Can gets past Finns. The skill out there is amazing.

Good one! I'm sure it's fun to lose to a team that is just starting to find out about hockey!I mean, it's cool that people in the US that historically ignore hockey suddenly seem to care, but also sort of weird to act like they've discovered something new that they need to tell the world about.

Nah.Canada needs a summit.
A summit on roster construction
Think you misunderstood my post, but cool.Good one! I'm sure it's fun to lose to a team that is just starting to find out about hockey!
Its too bad all 3 of our best goalies this season are left at home (Thompson, Blackwood, Kuemper)You knowIt's hard to say goaltending cost Canada the game when Binner only let in 2 himself, the empty netter was exactly that an empty net.
The problem is when you let in that 1st goal you can say it and it's true because a save there and the game is in OT.
I think about going to Hill.
As I said before the game we did not escape the game without injury.
Matthew Tkachuk couldn't finish the game.
For him to pull himself from a game I'll be interested to see what it is because he doesn't pull himself from games.
No they're not. If Sweden wins in regulation Monday and Canada wins in overtime the Swedes go to the finals.Sweden is already out of the tournament so I doubt they will care about the game on Monday.
Canada was missing our top 3 defensemen arguably. Makar, Theo and Petro. For the Canada needs Makar crowd... no Hughes either.
We had enough bad turnovers tonight. No thanksAnd since I'm on it.. you want offence.. Bouch is available and that's all he does!lol
