Canada easily gaining access and retrieving pucks beating the Finnish neutral zone gameplan.

Though they should switch dmen in the offensive zone and get one timers off, or work more from down low.

Not a bad 20 minutes of soccer.

Pretty even at 5 v 5. Difference is a PP goal on a phantom high stick goal. Overall I liked Canada’s play at 5 v 5, need more shots and traffic on net though.

Not expecting Canada to get a single PP this game so they really need to battle 5 v 5 and funnel pucks to the middle. The Finns are going to sit back and collapse now.

I'm giving that period to Finland.

I do think Canada will tie it up though. Finns are so hard to play against, makes the whole team look 'off'.

Did you see the penalty call in the final 30 seconds yesterday in Germany vs Finland? That was outstanding reffing.lol I'd say it was the worst call I've seen and I watch this tournament every year.lol

When there's that much traffic you just have to throw that much more rubber at the net and hope for some deflections and rebounds.
