If one player is going for it still I would call that a mental lapse. All of them still attacking and playing aggressively is a coaching failure.

Before the 4 person attack Bair has a a clear chance to just take it to the corner as well and didn't really have options to square it to. Seemed like another missed oppurtunity imo.

Marsch deserves tons of credit for getting Canada here, it's a massive accomplishment to even play in the third place game. He also needs to own how horribly the game was managed with a lead though, especially in stoppage time. It looked like total amateur hour from a squad who had no idea how to play in that situation.
