Canada IIHF World Cup Champions 2015

How many of these guys are not first time WHC Gold Medalists other than Hamhuis? Feels like most of these guys are first timers even just participating at the tourny.
 
Ovechkin shouldn't have come over, but it's not his fault that the whole team sucked. They all lacked energy.
 
Congratulations, that was very impressive throughout the tournament and the final was a perfect game, also good foundation for the World Cup team.
 
That was very entertaining hockey played by Canada. Really creative and offensive. You didn't see the big plodding hits. Just fast pace execution, passing and scoring. Bobrovsky was really good. Can't fault him.
 
Hopefully this generates some interest in Canada. I'm so tired of the country turning a blind eye to the tournament
 
It's impressive how young most of these guys are. No sign of players from the powerhouse 2003 draft (Weber, Perry, Getzlaf, Carter, etc).

To think Burns won't make Team Canada's World Cup or Olympic roster...
 
Good for some of these guys who have been coming for years and losing to finally get it done.
