Hawerchuk is a very high IQ guy so it works very well. I still think Tavares will win an at least one Art Ross though.

Tavares' best asset is his hockey IQ, it's truly elite. He also has some pretty sick mitts. His game has a heavy lacrosse influence, very much like Crosby.

TSN's comparable was Hawerchuk for Tavares in the 2009 Draft. Very fitting on several levels.
