Just missed with another nice rip. Then forechecked everyone in sight. Then raced in for another great rush as the period ended.

Hell of a period for him.

Guys I really like Jiri Kulich. He’s not my favorite player I watched going into this draft (I’m a Cooley guy. Savoie was very high too) and he’s not the flashiest guy (I love flashy skill guys) but I had him higher than really anywhere I saw. He’s just so solid at everything, engages constantly and has a plus shot to push him into something special IMO. I’m so happy he fell to 28.

Same - guy is a man among boys in juniors. I think he'd develop nicely in Rochester.

It would've been great if he had scored in the skills competition but the part of the game where they played was excellent all over the ice.
