Yes obviously, but a couple of years from now, when he is a full time nhlers, would you say that he is likely to quickly become a force on the pp with the big club or do they already have those weapons with the big stars ?
Hmm we'd like to think so but you never know, Quinn has an amazing shot as well. But Kulich being a lefty likely has the advantage for obvious reasons.

First Amerk with 8 goals in his first 9 games since Luke Adam.

Is still 19 for almost six months.

At some point we need to start discussing how he is unstoppable

He's worse defensively than Olofsson is right now.

This is a very specific and pointed claim with zero backing and I'm not even sure how you flesh it out.

I don't think the reason he isn't up is because of his defensive game....otherwise Rosen would be up. They are obviously giving the older guys their shot first

This hasn’t resonated enough with the bring him up now crowd.

Do people want just quicker Vic or do they want a more complete player? Vic's not even in the lineup so it seems like having a more complete player is the path.

Yeah, I think there is a lot for Kulich to learn and apply but I'm not sure how to compare the two directly in that aspect, especially with Kulich playing center and Vic... well... not playing.

The comps to VO don't make sense and are misleading. The Amerks focus on offense first and push the puck up ice. They're not even playing Donny D. I simply believe they're not asking Kulich to dive deep in the D zone. VO is not engaged with the puck in any zones and Kulich doesn't just sit at the top of the circle waiting for a pass. They're nothing alike. One of the worst HF cliches making the rounds these days.

Baker has now said twice that he doesn’t think Kulich goes to WJC. He is pretty strong on it so think isn’t even the right word. Says he has to come up sooner than later and Savoie/Benson can go to camp for it in early December and that is when there will be a spot.

Also said Kulich is far more consistent and not a liability at 5 on 5 and people forget that at the end of the day he is here to score goals…and they can’t keep denying him the look. Said he would be surprised if he wasn’t up before Christmas and getting a taste of the NHL so he can see the next step and a better look at what to work on is important too.

Yeah listened to Baker and Fairburn last night and he was very adamant about WJC not even being a thought. Also said just leave Rosén and don’t touch him this year unless an emergency.

Can't score on the PP, why would you bring up someone like that.

If he showed mya little better in preseason, half the board would be at his house offering a ride down 90 on game days. But it's also tIough to ignore what he's doing now in Rochester. Clowning the AHL at 20.

Will his 30.0 shooting percentage translate to the NHL?

Also, he'll need to wait until April to clown the AHL at 20.

Good call. Geeeez 19.
30% probably isn't even sustainable at the A level but he has carried over his playoff rip from last season which is a pretty good sign. I don't doubt he would be an upgrade to the lineup some nights like the CAR game, but nonetheless they don't seem eager to shoehorn him into the lineup either. With the Sabres looking like they're getting some players back, I think he's going to be held off for a little while longer.

Again, I think it would be a much easier decision if he had shown well in the small opportunities at the NHL level but he'll probably keep getting morsels until he forces management's hand. I'm sure they're working on the rest of his game as well for when that breakthrough happens. There's plenty of time yet the skill is boiling over.
