His speed is so deceptive it’s hilarious to watch. Same or slower stride speed than those around him and pulling away so easily.

Odds he gets more then the 11 minutes he’s been averaging this year after tonight’s performance?
Hes explosive

I wish I hadn't seen this goal. Too fluky. :( In my head it was like McDavid beating 4 players.

Do you have the first one?
Kupari made both goals happen imo. His first one was a one touch finish off a rush and a great pass from Kupari.

I just saw the first one - I don't know how to post it. I'm more than happy with it. As @Dominance said, he quietly pulled away from the Nashville players and put one in.

Still looks like he has a short stick. I would prefer something longer.

Aside from the goals he made a couple of great plays that could have easily resulted in assists, so 'fluke' or not, he earned some points tonight. FWIW Kupari had his best game as a pro, which helped that line click a lot more, they all looked deadly.

I'm rooting for the kid so "fluke" was not an insult.

Could of had a hatty if he didn't shank that point blank chance on a nice pass from Vilardi.
Kupari was just a beast last night. Let's hope all 3 of those kids feed off each other and continue pressing forward.

Oh I didn't, I get the sentiment, he can't expect to score many goals like that!

You have to be good to be lucky. Good players find a way and they all count the same at the end of the year. Every little bit of confidence for this kid seems to snowball, so expecting big things this week from him.

Almost matched his season total in 1 game... Ketchup bottle time?

I paused and had to think about this for a few minutes

I dunno, I'd like to think so. He was visibly more confident last night, it helps when your linemates create a little space. He also had front row seats to Kupari bulldozing everything, so hope that rubs off too (ie no more skatebys, put a body on someone and you're more likely to walk off with the puck).

But...this is about what happened in the AHL too. One day, the production started and it just didn't stop. Let's hope the play keeps up consistently and it's points from hard work and growth and not just freebies.

Smart from Blake to hold pat at the deadline this year. It isn't LA's time yet...but they'll be overflowing with young talent very soon.

My little brother's name is Quinton so I want to see Byfield succeed a little bit. My brother doesn't really like the Sharks though, he likes the Leafs for some reason, so there is a chance he might watch the Kings.
