The group of players who have managed 2+ PPG in the OHL at 19 or younger over the last 12 or so years is pretty small... and pretty impressive. Would be amazing if he can finish the year strong and reach that mark.

Five guys have done it since 07-08... McDavid, Strome, Marner, DeBrincat and Tavares. Ofc almost all of them were a year younger at least, but still a select group.

Heck, only 14 guys have managed 1.85+ PPG in that time at 19 and younger.

Yeah, I think Frost at #27 was a great choice. #2 was the obvious pick and #35 was a bit confusing--a few solid choices in that span, including #44 where the Flyers moved up from.
