Kid is a buzzsaw. Stars have a good one here.

To be noted, his linemate, Josh Pillar is another beauty. I think the Wild stole him in the 4th round. He's up to 18 points in 10 games as well.

Point is at least three inches taller. He may turn into a steal, but I’m not sure that’s a great comparison, given the height difference.

I see similar players stylistically. Also Stankoven is 5'8 according to most sources while Point is 5'10. Not the biggest difference.

Loved this kid coming into the draft. Shocked he went in the mid 2nd.

Dallas really had a solid draft in 2021.

No one has been taking a notice of this kid this season i guess.

Sure he hasn't scored goals as high as pace what he did last season
but that was to be expected, because he only played 6 games.

He has 18 goals in 26. 41 points and is +20

Super impressive face-off stats, almost 300 wins out of 512 face-offs,
thou his career face-off stats are impressive to begin with, so no surprise.
He has won 761 / 1351 face-offs (56%)

On a 5 game goal and point streak; 6 goals, 7 assists, 13 points.

New acquisition Toporowski has really helped Stankoven up his game too lately and vice versa.. that newly formed line since he arrived has been dominant with those 2 and Wild prospect Bankier.

In the 6 games since this line was formed, Stankoven has 16 points, Toporowski 12 points and Bankier 6 points...

6 games a combined 34 points and 92 SOG ... my god lol
