Is he a true center or would he be better on the wing in the NHL, more like Kane?
Honestly, both statements could apply.

I feel he can absolutely be a true center just because his hockey sense is so good...but it's totally possible he's better on the wing in the NHL. It could be the difference between a 90 point C and a 120 point W.

It will depend on which team drafts him and their current depth chart.

There was also a more recent Rob Brown discussion on the History board dating from December 2022:

A lot wrong with Brown, but not offensively. Back in the 80's the WHL was bananas for offense and if I recall was considered far weaker than the OHL. I believe it ranked lower than the QMJHL for a time as well. Take those numbers with a grain of salt. Fair or not, no idea.

After 1 goal and 3 assists tonight, Elite now has him pacing now for exactly 150 points on the year

Assuming they make it, whoever plays Regina in the 1st round is probably terrified. This guy is gonna win that series on his own.

They are pretty much a lock to make it now, however just over a week ago they were only sitting 2 points up on 9th. I'm not sure what went wrong with Calgary, but they went ice cold, 1 win in their last 10 to drop from a battle for 5th-6th to completely out of the playoffs.

Regina is a very flawed team, but they've now beaten the top 3 seeds in recent weeks. If they somehow manage to leapfrog Lethbridge, a Regina/Moose Jaw series would be electric. Moose Jaw is reeling since they lost 4 players as well.

Regina is a mess but their goaltending has really stepped up recently. Winnipeg should have had 6-7 goals the other night.

I'm hoping for the Canucks to get Bedard. But sadly I see them winning some games down the stretch, having improved their team with Hronek, and with Demko playing well.

I think it's going to be San Jose, which I don't mind. They are a real team, despite the terrible year. But, Meier is gone, and their goaltending stinks. It would be unreal to watch Bedard play with Karlsson.

There is another Connor Bedard who will be available in the 2025 draft? Or will he be so damn good that he can play for two teams at the same time, so he reenters the draft for the purpose of being drafted again?
Hopefully the Canucks can have 2 of them just like they have 2 EP's

Kind of typical of Regina's season. Play down to the bad teams, Oil kings are the worst team in the league by a good margin.
