Is it a good sign if he's being started in the defensive zone? Does it mean he's reliable for defense or does it just mean the coach doesn't think he's good enough at scoring?
It's a very good thing.
Well, maybe not good from a coaching perspective as you want more balance... it also will suffocate offensive potential. But the fact he was driving the play that much while starting primarily at a disadvantage is a very good thing.
