The Bucs secondary, while not amazing yet, definitely looks better and perhaps not a weak spot. Losing Hall for the year right off the bat was rough, but McCollum looks good, and they still have Wnfield and Dean in the group as well. With those guys, in addition to re-acquiring Jordan Whitehead and drafting Tykee Smith (plus additional depth with Josh Hayes), the unit has the capability to be solid this year and not a total sieve as in years past.

Whitehead coming back has been almost messianic. Other than taking care of business with Godwin, keeping Whitehead here for good has to be among our highest priorities. Also massive LOLz that Devin White talked so much shit after leaving Tampa and can't even get on the field

Yeah, White seemed more and more like a diva as time went on. I also didn't mention the other newer guy, Christian Izien, who stepped up nicely and also looks to add depth at the S position.

And today's "effort" is one example of why the Bucs are nowhere close to being a contender yet. Championship level teams don't get run over by a team like the Denver Broncos.

The team wasn't prepared for today and it showed. Just complete failure from top to bottom.

Yeah there are injures but there is no reason they should lose like that to a team like the broncos.

The Bucs have a rather difficult schedule this year, and after last week's win at Detroit, there seemed to be some reason for optimism that this season might ha e some promise after all. Of course the team then phones it in against a team that, had they actually cared to.prepare for and give effort against, should have handled easily. Now instead of being 3-0 and leading the division entering a brutal stretch, they are tied. They'll be lucky imo to be 5-5 entering their bye, as I doubt they do better than 3-4 against Eagles, @New Orleans, @Falcons, Ravens, Falcons, @Chiefs, 49ers.
