Two critical drops in the 1st half that killed what would've been an early drive into Philly territory and a dropped TD that would've made it 7-3. I doubt Tampa wins that game regardless, but for a receiver wanting top 3 at their position money, those mistakes are inexcusable.Mike Evans stinks out loud tonight. No new contract for him at this rate
Mayfield was late on one of the throws and allowed the defender to get his hand on it. So only one drop and one great catch on the TD drive. Two critical drops in the 1st half that killed what would've been an early drive into Philly territory and a dropped TD that would've made it 7-3. While Mayfield may have been late on the td throw, it hit Evans fine. The defender made a good play to get a hand on it, but if you want 27 million a year, you make that play. The TD late was fine, but the game was over. His earlier blunders changed possible momentum considerably.Mayfield was late on one of the throws and allowed the defender to get his hand on it. I agree Evans dropped some balls but to focus primarily on that is ignoring much bigger problems. Both the O and D lines got dominated all game. The Bucs D got run over and their O still can't run the ball. If Hurts had played reasonably well the Eagles would have won by 25 points. Baker played just Ok and that's him benefiting from Canales calling a very conservative game especially in the 1st half. While Mayfield may have been late on the td throw, it hit Evans fine. So does this mean no new contracts for anyone on the team except for Camarda??? Virtually everyone stunk.Mike Evans stinks out loud tonight. No new contract for him at this rate
I literally began my support for Liverpool FC because of thisIn 2010 the Bucs went 10-6 beating all of the losing teams on their schedule and losing to all of the winning teams, with several of their wins coming on fluke last minute wins. You kind of had the feeling they weren't as good as their 10-6 record seemed to indicate, and of course the very next season they went 4-12 which was the start of eight losing seasons over their next nine.
This Bucs team, though early, reminds me of that team. 2-0 start against crappy teams and the first winning team we face we looked horrible. Canales is a young OC so it will be another season or two before we really know what we have with him, but Bowles needs to go and the Glazers really need to sell the team. Man U hates them as owners and Bucs fans should as well. Outside of Brady coming here to save their asses for a couple of seasons, this team has done nothing but lose for 15-20 years now. Malcom was a good owner, his children are not and it's obvious. Until they sell this franchise will continue to be a disaster.
