Exactly.

He only left ufc due to health issues.

He's hungry. He'll come for that belt.

Money ain't the thing here. He's getting paid handsomely in the wwe

Depends how he loses. Of course it can happen to anyone, but what if he gets knocked out cold in brutal fashion? Not talking about a simple TKO, but a straight 'ol KO.

Wouldn't that make his "aura" upon returning to the WWE just a tad bit different?

Well, it's Heavyweight aka the division where people tends to lose in the saddest/brutal/hilarious ways possible

I don't think he's back for the belt actually, I think he is back to destroy someone and then retire again, he wants to end his mma career on a winning note.

Vince is the biggest loser here. He doesn't really gain much from all of this and the risk of a Brock getting hurt and missing Summerslam or losing are big.

Man Brock owned his ass on this one.

Also he isn't back for the belt. This is a one time fight. He would have to break his contract with WWE to build up for a title run.

It would be really interesting to see what happens if he caves whoever's face in. It may give him the hunger to actually attempt to chase the title.

I think he had it as a "one time thing" just in case he gets his ass kicked. That way he knows he can't cut it anymore, and goes back to making money standing in the ring every other month. If he wins though...i can't see Lesnar just walking away.

I'll give the guy credit though. He's all about the money, and he's upfront about it. The guy knows what he's worth and the power his name has. I can respect that. Plus making Vince look like a chump is always welcome.

There is a 3 or 4 fighter backlog for the title.

Brock would have to earn it, he's not getting a shot right off the bat coming off a brutal loss.

This is Dana White we're talking about. He's shown cases in the past where he doesn't give a damn who earns it if there proves to be money to be made off another fight.

If Lesnar wins, i guarantee you a title fight would likely be on the table if he wants it.

Lets say Brock kicks Mark Hunt's ass, don't you think that from the millions of viewers there isn't a couple who are gonna watch summerslam to see Lesnar ? Obviously Dana is the real winner there but its not that bad for vince either.

Getting a few extra views for Summerslam is not a win for Vince compared to the gigantic downside risk.

If Brock wins but gets hurt and can't go at Summerslam you have zero crossover audience tune in and risk losing a small amount of your built in audience.

If he loses than you basically killed his character for WWE.

This absolutely sucks for Vince. Great for Dana and Brock. Dana gets a big draw for 200 and free cross promotion on WWE television. Brock of course gets paid.

Brock would have to find a way out of his contract to go back to UFC fully. It would take Vince releasing him or having to do what Punk did to get around the no compete stuff.

Basically the odds are small it happens and I think he really is just in make money mode right now. Not any kind of glory hunting.

Apparently UFC will promote Summerslam during UFC 202 -- Brock is wrestling on SS.

The funny thing is CM Punk is slated to have his first fight at UFC 202.

I hope that isn't the best Vince got out of this. He couldn't even get 200 and 201 as well?

Dana is going to get RAWs and Smackdowns mentioning this.

Vince got wrecked here.

I'm surprised he got that much. If the contract clause thing is true, the deal is basically between Brock and WWE. What Vince got was Brock staying.

If it was, I must've missed it.

Who's his first opponent?
There was some TV thing they did a while ago, and the winner of that was to face Punk. I've no idea on actual details 'cos I don't follow UFC close enough to remember any. I just listen to the MMA bits on Meltzer's shows 'cos the non-fighting bits are interesting at times. It makes me quite useless really lol.

But it's Mickey Gall, like MCG said. He's a guy without a wikipedia page so I'm gonna assume they're a total nobody.

Gall actually fought a few events ago. He looked pretty solid, actually.

Lesnar vs Hunt is confirmed.

Holy ****.

These idiots on twitter thinking Brock will steamroll Hunt obviously have no idea how much power Hunt has. That guy can put you to sleep with very short punches.
