Besides for that selfish penalty last game, he's played well. This coming from one of the biggest bashers of his game.

A lot of the 3/4 line players have played well, Asham, Pyatt included.

What did you see?

You know how before they enter the tunnel, Boyle has like a handshake with some players? He had one with Prust, he has one with Del Zotto. Zuccarello tried to do it with him and Boyle just turned the other cheek. Zuccs just patted him on the butt.

I'll give Boyle the benefit of the doubt though. He probably didn't see him. Haha

Huh? Am I missing something?

Boyle was great in the 1st round. His ability to play both wing and center is invaluable to this team. Why couldn't he play like this all year?

Played very well in the playoffs last year, something about the playoffs brings out the best in him

*Crickets* And I'm loving every second of it. The guy has elevated his game at the right time and has been playing with so much more heart than Cally, Nash, and Richards. He's a guy you want on your team come playoff time.

We'll need him to be on his game against Boston

Boyle is a player who ramps it up in the playoffs. He doesn't get rattled easily out there when playing and can really benefit the team.

My favorite Boyle moment of the season when crushed Frankenstein into the boards and knocked him ass over tea kettle

Boyle: "We lost a big game and that -----s...a lot of areas I could’ve contributed more, that’s infuriating. Couldn't win a friggin draw."

People can complain about the way he is used, but the guy plays with a lot of heart. Where's Richards? Nash?

if used properly Boyle is usefull. He can PK and play a good checking role. He cant score though, he stinks in that part of the game, it was a fluke a few yrs ago

he only has 1 yr left. I am fine with him as a winger actually. He should be 4th line though.

If they buyout Richards they keep Boyle to go with Stepan, Brassard and a UFA C like Weiss.

Boyle is a good guy to have around. Good PKer. Heart and soul guy. Steps up his game in the playoffs. For important draws, he's a good back-up in case the centermen gets jumped from the dot. If this team was properly constructed, he'd be a fourth line winger who can spell the occassional shift at center or on the 3rd line.

Boyle thread after Boyle scores a goal:

WHY IS BOYLE OUT ON THE PP?? WAAAHHHHHHH

Might have something to do with the fact he has 2 of the 3 PP goals the Rangers have scored, and has been one of the better contributors with the man advantage. He keeps the game simple.

I've heard this a couple times, but it's not true. He assisted on Brassard's PPG and has been on for all three PPGs, but has only scored one.

Ahh, thats right. He scored that goal against Washington like 2 seconds after the PP had ended.

Im just trying to stir up some trouble. Hope Big Game Boyle continues to play well.
