@mas0764 Fox was like 1 or 2 in league scoring for D before he got hurt lol. Down year my ass. Guy who missed 4 weeks didn't look as "sharp" as he usually does, huge shocker. He was fine btw, it was his partner who was ass tonight.

Lindgren has been great on the PK. Thats one part of his game that has been on point this year. He was massive on those last 2 kills.

He's been bad 5v5. Cannot move a puck at all. The offense has never been a strength but holy shit its been next level bad this year. He's an EASY move for me after this year and one of the more clear upgradable spots on the roster.

It’s hard to not like a guy that’s all heart and he is

But he’s got zero skill
He’s small
He’s become a punching bag that no one respects in the league. They run him nightly

he plays with arguably the best partner in the world. That props anyone up.

But he’s going to be due a raise. He can’t make a simple play. There’s zero chance I can sign him. None

Zucc Tarasenko maybe vatrano. All guys I think they’re going to seriously look at.

Kakko is no longer going to be considered an option for the top 6. So I think they’ll be willing to look at a good contract with some term.

Not sure what happens to kakko this summer if he doesn’t come back and have a great playoffs

I see no lies. Trouba is the actual heart and soul of the team as much as people don’t like him. If we’re going to ice an undersized guy on the left side I’d rather it be a puck mover like Jones, who only looked better the more he played.

Now you're underrating Lindgren, lol.

He's also just 25; I'd easily give him a 4-5 year deal. Takes him to 29–30.

Holding on by a thread for sure. It's crazy out of all the free agent signings he could be the worst right now. He was one of the Jets best players in the playoffs vs the Knights last year.

Gus A
Pitlick A-
Quick A
Wheeler D-

Look at our record with him and without. We play better without Fox than we do without Lindgren. I thought everyone got this by now.

I don’t think that’s sticky enough to warrant giving a zero offense guy like Lindgren a top 4 D contract

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he is some offensive dynamo but he was on pace for around 25 ES points last year. I know probably helps he plays with Fox. This year his offense has been non existent.

I don’t care about this considering we played with zero structure under two clown coaches.

I also said this last year but when Mikkola moved up with Fox we won ALOT of games that’s ignored for some reason. Mikkola looked like a stud next to Fox after 3 or 4 games.

He can stay if he takes a reasonable contract. Kakko is in the same boat. Miller and Laf are on their way to large extensions, their play has made them the priority.

And Trouba is definitely not getting traded for cap space

Glad to see you came around to Zooks :)

This was a big win for the Rangers tonight.

Obviously after the stinker against the Sabres you want to get back on track.

Easier said than done - even the top teams can hit ruts (see Boston) and you gotta stop the bleeding as quickly as you can. I wouldn’t have been surprised if they took another L tonight.

Going in I would’ve preferred this to be a road game because you can kinda feel a little pressure of living up to their record at the Garden creeping in, at times.

But they had TONS of quality chances tonight and just kept plugging away even when they got down.

The first two periods weren’t perfect but I felt going into third it was very important to see them play “their” game. Even earning a point would’ve been acceptable.

Especially considering the possibility the Wings could be a first round matchup and you dont want to feed their confidence knowing they can come into the Garden and beat Shesty.

So it was a big two points tonight and what can you say about Bread and Laf… they are cooking. Igor with the quality start he needed and Vesey has come up huge lately as well, he’s my front runner for the McDonald award through the first quarter.

No argument here and I do like Lindgren. Miller/Lafreniere have to be the priority.

Even if Trouba is a bit overpaid I think his play and leadership has been admirable.

The problem with that is you are unbalanced with your skill guys and grit guys on defense.
