Hagel's been fine for where he's been positioned. He's not being asked to be a top 6 scoring winger(yet), and he's doing fine as a shutdown 3rd line type. He's still getting some good offensive chances, just not converting as much so far. Joseph wasn't doing anything great offensively in that role either, and Raddysh was meh unless he was getting a top 6 role(which was likely never to happen in Tampa). Coleman was no better his 1st 10 games with Tampa, but he then had an extra 3 or 4 months to mesh with Gourde and Goodrow and get more acclimated to the team. It's still way too early to say the Hagel trade was a mistake.
