Good lord. Now Karmiris has gone down. They are very thin at forward now. Who gets called up?
Ben Lalkin?

I'm almost positive that's Jayna Hefford and Craig Button 17305792236698625673796806355478.jpg

Martone returns, suspension served. Leskovar is listed as 7th D, wonder if he possibly scratched after warm up. No other names returning. Vaculik on 2nd line, pretty thin line up. Leenders not starting for the BDogs.

Nice to see the two points against Barrie, however Sova went off and never returned.

Leskovar, Sova, Von Ritcher, Drags, MacDonell, Karmaris, all missing. MacGregor Richmond is actually filling in on the third D , pairing today in Brantford. Thin, thin lineup gets thinner...

I've often been told to stop repeating myself but in this case of tonight's line up it makes sense to do so.

It would be nice to get a somewhat at least time line for these injuries returns, they still have an OA spot to fill and some other concerns to deal with come deadline time, long term injuries could certainly change the plans.

It’s Leskovar and Dragusica that I don’t understand. The other 4 we saw the injuries happen…. Stevie looks fine to me when I saw him at the last game. 🤷‍♂️

Brampton’s 3 top forwards all took a -4 tonight. Thats not acceptable on any level and is going to need to be addressed.
Martone is not playing well on the defensive side of the puck at all right now.

At what point do you guys try to pull the trigger on a Musty trade?

You guys have the picks and a Musty - Rehkopf - Martone line would be nasty.

Even if you don’t wanna load up the top like that have

Rehkopf - MacDonell - Martone
Musty - Misa - Zidlicky

That would be a great top 6 for you guys!

Allard or some other vet centre that is capable of defending might work between Rehkopf and Martone; otherwise, split Rehkopf & Martone and MacDonell & Misa ASAP

Hopefully Richmond saw why that defensively and physically challenged Misa or MacDonell - Rehkopf - Martone line without last change, should not be a thing.

Rehkopf seems to struggle to keep up with the play. He lacks the " will to win " mentality. Really good player that has to learn to shift gears when required.
IMHO this team needs a sparkplug player. Does not need to be a firstline player just a play by example player. Clattenburg in Flint is an example of that. Be safe.

Would love to see Brampton pick up Allard and maybe Gibson for a run. I know you guys are somewhat committed to Ivankovic now, but even adding shenkel to allow him to grow with no pressure may be a good move.

good luck with the rest of the season!
