@HuGort Maybe you mean Barkov, not Tkachuk?

@bernmeister I'm glad you have a harmless hobby, but man you must have a lot of time on your hands!
Or, I have the kind of mind that can usually handle multiple level shit?

Remember
people want simple solutions to complex problems
issue there is that does not usually work

reality is usually complex solutions to complex problems
THEN once you have something functional, you can revise parts/tinker around the edges and smooth the results

but choosing a simple 'solution' for the sake of simplicity, not effectiveness, is NOT a solution

Has there been one single trade in the history of hockey that moved 15+ players and picks between several teams?
Have you considered that perhaps you are trying to solve a problem that is neither complex, nor requires a complex solution?

Interesting that the Rangers went in to a nose dive after tampering with Brady through Brooks, and the Sens are now 1 point ahead in the standings. Thats karma.

I hear Adam Fox wants out, and would like to play on the west coast, or in the south. Start the bidding!

You know, I think the opposite is true: usually it's the simple solution that would work best, if only one could see it.

Complex answers are a poor substitute for a simple and straightforward approach.

disagree
the bold assumes as fact a simple solution is actually possible

sometimes nothing works, but usually a complicated approach, seeking to address everything, while cumbersome, technically does check off the boxes so = works

simple solutions by nature bordering definition are not comprehensive enough to always be effective
