Back to the thread - I think a game or two in the NHL would be eye-opening for him just to see the pace of a real non-preseason NHL game, but the A will be just fine for him. I'm glad he's not stuck in a lower league. Perfetti really benefitted from the covid exception, glad another prospect gets this headstart, too.

Not sure where to find this but how many 2022 draftees were signed so far?

Never mind found it. Was surprised at how many have signed

Your right no way he signs an ELC. I have a habit of being naive but I resisted.

The fun thing about these awful "you heard it here first" hot takes is that usually by the time they're proven right or wrong nobody remembers it was made, so if you're wrong your credibility isn't hurt, and in the rare event that you're right you get to quote yourself and act like you're some kind of Nostradamus. Not to mention the many factual inaccuracies to begin with.

Reminder that the people who seem most certain about things are usually the most often incorrect, but even with that being known people who say factually incorrect things confidently are more widely believed than those who say the right thing with uncertainty.

Scouting report on Jimmy Hoots...

Only 171 plus posts on HF...

But over 70 likes... so has positives...

Has been in the Lurker minor leagues since 2013...

Doesn't look promising as a Major League HFJets player...

Should have fleshed things out by now... Hot Takes that are legendary better be legendarily prophetic and or on the positive side of things...

Or those spectacularly failing Hot Takes will be owned forever on this board...

George JETson. Fringe 4th liner. The only time you notice him is when he posts something asinine. No one knows why Coach Romang keeps him around exactly, but apparently "good in the room" is enough.
