Yes, Boston hasn't had a good start to the season but it's way too early to start blowing things up and you certainly wouldn't want to rush moving Pasta or McAvoy.
cap does not facilitate that ^ hereHere's a good rule of thumb to go with on proposals: the asset count ratio between teams should pretty much always be within 2:1 at the utmost, barring extreme circumstances (and it's almost never extreme circumstances). And for that matter, avoid going over five total assets exchanged.
...which means, therefore, that there is no trade to be made because you do not have the correct assets.cap does not facilitate that ^ here
Those factors render it meaningless.btw, any arbitrary factors aside, what did you think about the value?
There isn't any.Let's see what Sacco can do with all this talent first.
Nucks fan still hurting from the cup loss lolOther than McAvoy and Pastrnak which will cost an arm and a leg and practically impossible to pull during the season, the rest of the players have little to no value lol.
They replaced ufa’s with ufa’s and you talk about how that makes a team older. Good lord. They have a prospect depth issue from being good for so long and it’s finally caught up with them.Bruins let UFAs walk for nothing and replaced them with high cost UFAs (Lindhom and Zadorov) That’s the path to getting older and it usually doesn’t work. Would teams want those two guys with their current contracts now?
Right! I hope he’s re signedBrazeau is a GEM, not junk!
yeah no...which means, therefore, that there is no trade to be made because you do not have the correct assets.

Rephrase: no trade to be had with the New York Rangers, presuming that what you're offering is their most realistic possible approach.yeah no
either Bs should keep McAvoy
or deal if there is enuf'
No, you didn't. You split the value in the deal across too many distinct assets that therefore cannot be adequately made useful.I provided sufficient correct assets
To
C Charlie Coyle (1 x $5.25M)
To
LD Taige Harding (Rights)
RD Connor Kelley (Rights)
Hawks 2025 4th round pick
- B's clear salary out and recoup 2025 4th (They currently dont have one) while getting two prospect Hawks are unlikely to sign (We have glut of D prospects in pipeline) and B's could consider if they want to sign them (Both currently playing at Providence College)
- Hawks get a top 9 vet C who can win faceoffs and since Hawks appear to want to keep Nazar in AHL most of year and have need for help at C a vet like Coyle should be good for them for rest of year and next year (When Nazar should be regular from start)
Sorta of a redux of Taylor Hall trade (B's get cap room and some prospects) while Hawks get vet NHL'er
I would think Buffalo could back a wagon of prospects and picks up to the Bruins door if that's what the B's were looking for. I know the rumbling is that Adams wants a forward, but it would be kinda hard to ignore Brandon Carlo on that list and not think he'd be an excellent pick up.
If a GM asked nicely he could probably just have Carlo. Nothing else neededLet’s find a way to get both Carlo and Peeke.
Would Cozens for Carlo make sense for Buffalo?Let’s find a way to get both Carlo and Peeke.
For Adams 100% no, for me probably too nope. I'd trade Cozens+ for a better center, but otherwise it's better to keep him.Would Cozens for Carlo make sense for Buffalo?
Lindholm for Hoglander, Soucy, and 1st
yeah no
either Bs should keep McAvoy
or deal if there is enuf'
and w/multiple suitors, all w/dif options on what each can make available, it is for beantown to then decide which offer is best
I provided sufficient correct assets
if you disagree, feel free to debate
whether or not that is best offer
or part of accepting my offer is something bruins can make fit remains to be seen
fine if you want a high end piece for a high end pieceThe first step in a team that was neck and neck with the Rangers last year and has struggled out of the gate this year to fix itself is not to trade out their 26 year old #1D RD. Certainly not for a hodge podge of pieces and cap dumps. A young legit #1C? Sure that's worth discussing. Rangers don't have one of those.
