love this website!!!!!One game in, against Tampa. Absolutely terrific debut. McAvoy and Lindholm will be the top pairing in the NHL if he remains healthy.

McAvoy or Carlo, in my opinion. One game in, against Tampa. Absolutely terrific debut. McAvoy and Lindholm will be the top pairing in the NHL if he remains healthy.
Why? Lindholm and Manson was once seen as an unstoppable duo... and manson has a1/10th the skill of mcavoy.love this website!!!!!
If Makar and Toews play together I'd say its them.OP ain't wrong though. Name me a better top pair.
Toews-Makar? Weegar-Ekblad if they stay together, Pelech-Pulock is one I could see people liking too, there's a couple. I don't think its remotely ridiculous to have them in that conversation, even after just one game, but I kinda see the resistance. We'll also see if they stay together.OP ain't wrong though. Very real potential to be the top pairing in the league but I can see people being pissy saying this after one game.
Toews Makar has talent out the ying yang but is it as well rounded ?
Weegar-Ekblad isn’t touching that.
Only pair one can make an argument is Toews-Makar
Toews Makar while talented is a small pairingVery real potential to be the top pairing in the league but I can see people being pissy saying this after one game.

I mean you could say that about like 90% of contracts in the league.Much better value than what the Oilers paid for Nurse IMO.
He's always been great, just buried in Anaheim so nobody noticed.
Which Anaheim fan ever said that?Anaheim fans two days ago: He's our best player
Anaheim fans today: He's overrated
Haven't paid attention - why didn't he want to stay in Anaheim? Contract is great.
To me, he was a player the Ducks should have moved mountains to retain. I understand the “risks” with 8 year term, but he is a defensive stalwart and would have been excellent in leading our defense and their rebuild. It just was a poor call by Verbeek, is my opinion.
I've heard nothing but praise coming from the Ducks fans.Which Anaheim fan ever said that?
