Deserved a point. Tough loss. Line changes have to be better at this level. What else would you expect 3 in 4 nights and vs Bs. Good trip. Onward and upward.

Hockey is a game of mistakes, typically the team who makes the least mistakes win.........Jets made one extra mistake.

Overall good game vs #3 team in the NHL........and a good road trip.

I agree. Some real unnecessary gaffs. Line changes, exits, etc. I don't think they made it particularly tough for Boston.

Well a couple of major errors ruined what was otherwise a solidly played game by the team.

Brossoit was hung out to dry tonight but it would have been nice for one more big save to get us a point.

Defense:

Poolman was an unmitigated disaster tonight. Stupid turn over for a high dangerous chance against. Going into Morrissey's corner with him leading Pasta in the slot for a goal, and that absolutely brain dead decision to change while the puck is still by the Jets blue line leading to a 4 on 1 and another goal. I would have stapled him to the bench tonight.

I thought JoMo played fairly well tonight despite his partners game. Was getting the puck on target, making smart plays with it and his timing and positioning were good tonight.

Sbisa and Bietto were not very good.

Pionk was caved in today from an analytics stand point but played ok. Kulikov was rusty but was ok otherwise.

Top line outside of some carless nz and defensive plays were very good tonight.

Second line played well as well.

Not much going for either the third or fourth line.

Mo had a temporary spell of sanity when he put Copp with the Wheeler line to win a o zone faceoff, then last play of the game you put Wheeler against Bergeron ?

We were outshot by 16 and their goalie made it closer than it should have been. This wasn’t a conspiracy by the refs, folks.

That was pretty good given the opponent and having played another tough team last night.

Laine is missing something.

He has focussed entirely on being responsible defensively so that he can gain Maurice’s ongoing trust. He does not want to go back to being paired with Little when he returns (I am sure Little feels the same way). He has become what Maurice has demanded that he become-a defensive power forward who can score occasionally.
