Reading for work. Decent read if you or someone you know has an issue with anxious thinking - but who doesn't these days?
Basically the whole overview is to embrace your anxiety , and not fear it, or run from it. As someone who has recovered from OCD(pure O) I have to agree with the message. Anytime I gave my OCD thoughts an emotional response, or fought them, OCD would grow into a monster, but anytime I welcomed them and didn't give an emotional response, it would pass and turn into , well, nothing. Eventually with time and practice you change the neuropathways within your brain and that new "whatever" approach to anxious thinking , ocd, panic, etc becomes automatic.
Would recommend if the subject is of interest.
