I need more FOOD
here is hoping he pots one soon to get monkey off his back. Poor guy scores the goal and then it gets called back.

Yup. I really think there could be something here. He has all the tools. You could see that there is a night and day difference in his game when he’s feeling it, was dropping his shoulder and driving to the net front a lot today. If he does more of that, with his combo of speed and size, he will play in this league. In an 8-2 game in the third, his effort to set up Robertson shows a lot about how hard he's working to stay in the line up.
He has a good motor, size, and speed to be an effective depth player. The offense just hadn't gotten there yet. But these last couple of games have shown he's got a scoring touch. Two of those goals were nice shots, placed so well.
Also after tonight he's up to 7 goals and 13 points in 29 games this season ... all while averaging less than 10 minutes of ice time.
I have seen him play twice recently with Marlies day after xmas against Bellville Sens and last Sunday against Laval Habs and both games he was a force on da ice creating chances and mixing it up on loose pucks .. looks like a good set of wheels on him .. and aggressive on puck retrievals .. hopefully his game translates to da show .. all da best to him
Always thought he had a good shot didn't expect thisLate bloomer with the tools.
Some have mentioned other players, including Hyman. I get the Hyman vibe, so much of it is confidence, but opportunity never hurts.
He always looked like an NHL player.Always thought he had a good shot didn't expect this
No more 4th line keefe
And go to the netHe always looked like an NHL player.
He is what he is.not afraid to go get the puck
This team has some moronic tendencies of not promoting players until it is too late. The pending UFA we most need to keep.
I think he has legitimate 3rd line potential. 15-20 goal, 35 point power forward types are very valuable on the 3rd line. The guy's finishing ability is absolutely NHL calibre. Keefe needs to give him regular playing time (even when everyone is healthy) to see if he can handle the other aspects of the game at this level. Treliving can then make an informed decision regarding his future.
Because Keefe only knows the core 4 and his regular season successThis team has some moronic tendencies of not promoting players until it is too late.
If he keeps it going, could he earn a 3 x $1.5 deal - would that get it done?I think he has legitimate 3rd line potential. 15-20 goal, 35 point power forward types are very valuable on the 3rd line.
Why bother him thereHe's been solid, I think he'll be a staple at the bottom six IMO. I don't know if he has the skill to be transferable on the top six though.
That was from last yearWhy bother him there
Who knows what he is capable of iif you don’t try
