I can’t say Dali was real noticeable. He was good. Not as good as I’ve seen him on the dot. They didn’t give him space on the power play and he didn’t create it either. The only outstanding player was Zherenko and he is as cool as a cucumber. In your good category, I would also include Sylvegard, Peterson, Buchinger, Johannesson, and Kaskimaki. Dean was ok, but should’ve had two goals. The vets all played like they normally do. Zherenko is an NHL goalie.

My biggest surprise? Mailloux wasn’t as good as advertised. I thought he played very poorly and turned the puck over too much. The kid they had that seemed like he was everywhere was Jared Davidson.

As the announcer on Ralph goal said, what's the defenseman doing in the slot.

A centerman is born - great backhand.
Actually, that was pretty good rotation between Ralph and Austin Burnevik(#23 for St. Cloud; Duck's prospect).
Burnevik had the puck and went to the left point position so Ralph went low to fill the F3 spot.
Mason Reiners(#6 for St. Cloud), the Right D, was a slight bit slow moving to switch sides when Burnevik walked the line, but not so much so that it was an issue(probably part of why he wasn't drafted).
Ralph ended up in the slot because he was returning to the right point to switch spots with Burnevik again.
Overall, that was very high level system movement by all 3 players and close to Pro level between Ralph and Burnevik.
I wish our current team was that good at off-puck movement.

Yes, good rotation. A set play and good execution.

I am v hopeful that Buchinger will show well this yr and learn better defensive techniques. He is v capable int many ways. Also, how was Robertsson? Is he playing or injured?

Mrsic at Stancl right now. Mrsic is back and has had several attempts already, Stancl had a shot shorthanded already, Stancl is playing up high on the PK and Mrsic is QBing from the left point area.

Both players are pretty involved, Stancl isn't getting top line minutes but he was on PK and on PP with Iginla and Cristall, who produced a pretty play for the goal, 1-0 after 1. Mrsic is getting lots of shots and attempts. Nothing really dangerous but he is just active.

Ooh Mrsic just sniped one on the PP to bring Prince Albert back within 1, it's 4-3 near the end of the 2d.

Wild back and forth game. Prince Albert railed 3-0 and 4-1 but led 5-4 before Kelowna retook the lead 7-5. Not a lot of great D being played. Stancl with a nice primary apple on the 7th Kelowna goal.

7-5 final, I think Mrsic lingers back by the point because he has the strongest shot and can wrist it on net from the blue line. He has a strong shot. He's a pretty smooth skater. Will need to see him some more. Stancl was involved. Almost went backhand forehand for a goal but the puck slipped away. Only time these two teams play this year.

Iginla (Utah 6 overall) and Cristall (WSH 2d rd) are impressive, Dragicevic (SEA 2d rd) is constantly mentioned for Prince Albert, he could be a decent D man

Jecho had a couple goals today too including the 5-4 winner on a back and forth game. Looked like he was struggling in the crease on the first goal against. here are some highlights

Old Hebrew turned into English letters. Hebrew has no vowels.
Hebrew is a fascinating language. Soooo much encoded knowledge in Hebrew.

The Blues have a lil bit of Southern European and a big chunk of Central European players. I'm loving the Czech/Slovak movement happening and also cool to see some Croatian representation with Mrsic and Mayich.
