Ive watched enough of Brent Burns the last 4 years that the dive rarely ever works. It's not worth it because if you miss you're out of the play entirely. If Chabot had stayed up and the pass got across to Johnson, he can stay with AA and take the tap-in away.

Let’s just agree to disagree then

Can’t win banner nights for whatever reason….they definitely seem like they took the opponent lightly and expected an easy W. Glad they got taught a lesson. See if it lights a fire in the next game

I think I’ve actually reached the point where I think that I’d be fine with a ‘hockey’ trade for bath and Chabot.

At this point the problems truly seem to be between the ears, and they constantly seem to be sinking us.

Had a few so a mountain of salt, but those are two supposed core guys that don’t seem to be able to play anything but pond hockey.

I have a feeling that they will kill us in the playoffs, and right now I think the rest of the league thinks they are awesome.

Could be totally wrong, but those two have been doing the same shit all season long.

Chabot sucked tonight and was responsible for two goals against due to his buffoonery.

But what the hell kind of slide was Hamonic doing on the tying goal? I know he’s taking the pass away but with Stitkze already back, he could have not given Kane so much room and instead just slid into the goalie

I'd definitely give them a full season under a new voice. A competent coach could do wonders for a player

I mean, I agree. But Neiler was a favourite so I’m super cranky right now.

And it’s the same dudes game after game. Some guys have bad games, and some guys do the same shit time and time again.

But yeah, anything is possible. :)

I thought the 2nd Habs game before the break was a huge trap game, and we found a way to win.
It was still too close for comfort. Why can't we come in to one of these trap games and just obliterate our opponent. Lord knows other teams can do it

What a let down. Brannstrom needs to learn to hold onto the puck instead of just tossing it into random traffic. If he doesn't do that, we get out of this game in regulation. That rifle pass from Giroux to Batherson was a bad idea also. All the pressure we had by just holding onto the puck was completely wasted after that pass.

This is 100% wrong. Brannstrom put the puck right on Brady's stick. Brady gave it away. But here;s the thing. Once Brannstrom jumped into the rush (the right play) the LW should have been outside the blueline to avoid an odd-man rush. That LW is Brady.

I'm not sure I blame Tkachuk because I don't think the coach is driving these messages home.

That play is NOT on Brannstrom though. He made the right read and put the puck right on the tape of his captain.
