Are you being willfully obtuse? Of course he didn't. That's the point. It's in LA.

The amount of delusion this fanbase has towards star players staying here prior to Allen is insane.

I keep trying to find a reason to move back with a remote job and there's not a whole lot.

My mother's shed keeps opening on her property off Minden. Perhaps he would like to deal with that.

So if he chooses to come here he will be a diva and demand a certain threshold of targets and catches but he won't if he chooses to go to LA?

Damn. We are synced in timing.

I think he would make concessions to be in a big market. I don't think we fit that bill.

I love all your takes for the most part. But OBJ is not it. I'll be glad to swallow an L on him if he does come here.

I just really don't think he will.

But if he does, he really needs to go over to Minden and shut that door so I don't have to.

Yeah, but it's not prior to Allen anymore. Allen is a big part of the draw. We wouldn't have signed Von either if Allen wasn't here, but he is.

I don’t even particularly care about OBJ. I certainly wouldn’t break the bank for him. But I think this team desperately needs receiver help and he seems to be the most talented option. What I take unbridge with is al the “he’s a selfish locker room cancer” takes when it’s clear (1) he’s well liked by his teammates and in the nfl community; and (2) he put his head down and helped a team win a super bowl in a limited role just last year.

If he wants to come here he’s not going to do so to cause issues. If he doesn’t want to come here he won’t be here anyway.

Why did you post that, from an obvious fake account?
I meant to post it in the around the NHL thread since that’s where we were discussing this new Twitter blue checkmark system and how terrible it is. I was posting as another example of all the people currently using their new blue checkmarks to impersonate real accounts.

Where I realized I posted it in the nfl thread I tried to edit the post so it just said “delete” but my iPad was glitching out. The box to write comments wasn’t showing so I just gave up and left it. I figured I’d try again later (going to try right now. Edit - looks like it worked this time).

Okay, thanks for clarifying.

Josh apparently practiced during the non-media portion of practice (wearing his practice jersey when media came in and he ran off to the locker room)

Any word on White's status for Sunday? I thought maybe his absence from the injury report meant he was good to go however after double-checking the Bills PR Twitter account I see he wasn't mentioned last week either. Is it some weird loophole that he doesn't have to be listed on the injury report since he is returning from IR? Wasn't he activated a week or two ago so he wasn't forced to sit out more games, so he's "active" but not playing and not listed on injury reports. Seems odd but anyways, carry on.

edit...It's fun that a top 10 CB, well hopefully still top 10 CB, is healthy but not in game shape so he could play or not play and the team facing the Bills his first game back may not know if he is playing or not until 90 minutes before kick-off. Maybe McD will be transparent and state early in a week that White will be returning.

Perhaps he is fully medically cleared but conditioning wise he's jsut not at a point where they want to play him? It could be that he's "healthy" but not one of their best options yet

This is pretty much my understanding. He is medically cleared and full participant in practice so they don’t have to list an injury or a limited or other designation.

I have no idea how i became the OP for this... I started a new job this week so have been detached from everything Sabres & Bills.

Thread title is now updated.

Go Bills. Allen being hurt is by far the greatest fear all of us should have. But if it has to happen - let it be in the regular season. If he's not 100% then let him rest up even if it means enduring another loss. This team will make the playoffs regardless & we need him to be at full health for those games.

Because they merged in comments from the previous Bills thread and yours was the first.

he’s gonna play. i think they are just trying to take advantage of the circumstance to psych out their opponent
