"Lose" the game they might have been expected to win in while winning the game in which they might have been expected to fall short. This is why they play the games! I'll take three out of the four points in N.Y.

My favourite win of the season. A lot of guys sick on the team. Lost in OT last night after getting JT to a 1000 last night.

Came out and played a really good game tonight. The second wasn't great but they kept at it. Proud of the Leafs tonight. That's a nice win over a good team.

Happy for Jones too.

Keep the Ws coming this week.

Go Leafs Go.

The hit by McCabe too lol... beauty!

Outstanding win!!! Flu bug, back to back games, third string goalie. I'm impressed by the depth of our blue line. It was a concern. I hope Brad is patient and waits on the right deal. Benoit is hitting people and Lily is almost back.

What worries me is the last power play in the third period. Our first team PP didn't look to score and finish this game off. I wish they had just a little more eye of the tiger. Second team nearly scored on that PP. Seemed like the Rangers were packing it in at that time.

Nice win though. One of the better teams in the East. We need to bring the dads with us in the playoffs. GO LEAFSGO!!!!!

That was a tremendous third period by our Leafs... an incredibly gutsy effort, down players, injured players, the flu going through the locker room... had a poor second period, and rebounded for a killer third. That third period showed something that we haven't seen all year, a real will to win, no matter the circumstances, and against a very good team. Player of the game to McCabe, just for that open ice hit... the best one I can remember by a Leafs player in some time. Jones made saves when it counted... still like Benoit, Bertuzzi a great effort, and our goal scorers scored.

Honestly, this TEAM is just getting better and better. Such a gutsy performance, both tonight and last night. Battling a slew of injuries and illnesses and it's just a next man up situation and the guys are delivering the goods.

Benoit, Lagesson, Kampf, Domi, Bertuzzi and Gregor have been outstanding signings from management.

With a couple of pieces at the deadline, this team can do some damage.

A lot of DFC have gone on all year about how we are worst this season, compared to last and complained about not signing the likes of Schenn and especially Gustafsson. I've not been impressed with either of those two guys in the last few games.

They are probably right, that we aren't as talented as last year. However, from what I'm seeing, we are a much better team. Really close knit. Guys seem to know their role.

It may just be a coincidence we signed Reeves and are now looking like a better TEAM. But who knows?
