Martin is a bonehead.

Kind of funny hearing buck and tablet talking about scoring runs and that inning implodes.

If Bolsinger can stop walking people that would be great.

Got to a game at the Skydome last Saturday. After visiting I think the chatter of building a new place is a bad idea. It does suffer from being the last of the cookie cutter/multipurpose stadiums but I think it is a perfectly acceptable ground for baseball. It didn't feel outdated in the least. Upper deck is very steep which gives you a great view but terrified one of my friends. Architecturally the place is still a wonder to behold, seeing the roof slowly close was an impressive sight. Another nice thing was cheap Tim's coffee. $2 for a cup is great compared to Citi or Yankee down here where you'll pay close to $5 for a smaller cup of Dunkin. Atmosphere was very good and the place was pretty much packed. And as a bonus after the game I spotted a clearance section at one of the team stores with 2016 playoff shirts for $8 so I got a nice cheap souvenir I can wear next time the Jays come to Yankee (Yes I hate the Yankees). Overall I had a great time.

Run with it Carrera. Good news for Coghlan and potentially Pompey but more Carrera and Coghlan.

I always feel confident that the Jays will get the win over the Yanks whenever Estrada is on the mound, even more so if CC is the opposing pitcher.

Broxton just got released by the Cardinals? Any interest as a hopeful change of scenery/bounce back guy?

We still have guys like Campos, Leone, Howell and Grilli still in there. Doesnt scream confidence.

The 44,058 fans in attendance for Wednesday afternoon's game at Rogers Centre not only saw the Toronto Blue Jays finish off a sweep of the Cincinnati Reds, but also helped surpass the one million mark in total attendance for the 2017 season.

The Jays are the first club to reach that mark this season in the American League.

Campos and Leone are in Buffalo, which is just fine for them.

Broxton is pretty much a soft "no" from me unless he wants to go to Buffalo too. He hasn't really been super relevant for a few years now, and his season to date has pretty much been a complete tire fire. A heavily-BABIP'd tire fire, but he's also been walking guys like crazy. And generally speaking an NL → AL move is often fraught with risk for pitchers.

I haven't watched much Jays this year... but I asked here a while back (when we were sucking) if we had any chance at making the playoffs. A poster said that if we can make it back to .500 by August, anything could happen. It's still May and we're one game back of .500. I'll probably watch some of the Yankee series.

Get another lefty and sure

They have enough bullpen depth that there's no rush to fill that role. Let Loup take the tough LOOGY spots and give Howell more time in low leverage spots to see if he can work things out.
