Yea it's likely the Vikings division to lose but I'd happily argue the Lions are the most talented team in this division. I like them more as a team, but just like the Maple Leafs in the NHL, it is more of "Lions are gonna Lions" when the going gets tough. But man, their defense, their o-line, etc. is very good. And Jared Goff is a solid QB. Not great but not bad. I'd trust him over Kirk Cousins to manage a game for example.
The Bears are at least a year away but they are very much on the come up. Unless Justin Fields plays out of his mind this year (possible, but I still don't think the o-line is good enough to protect him just yet).
The Lions might win the division, but that’s because the division is not good. They have a long ways to go to be legit contenders. But just being a good team is progress for them, obviously. Just interested to see the long term play for them.
Eh, I’m still expecting the Lions to revert to their default and for the Vikings to take their division.
Agreed. I also remember you being one of the ones who mentioned the Lions as well to be up there.
49ers had Montana/Young and has been seeking a heir apparent for nearly 30 years. This is the road I hope to see GB take. Which would mean they would get their next great QB in 2050 or so. Which is totally fine with me.Let's hope Jordan Love sucks. Please.. the Bears are LONG overdue for not only for a QB being elite, but a QB from Green Bay sucking.
Should be enough to make Saints the favorite to win division and return to playoffs
I have a feeling he'll be an average QB by the end of the year. I don't see him being elite.Let's hope Jordan Love sucks. Please.. the Bears are LONG overdue for not only for a QB being elite, but a QB from Green Bay sucking.
I've moved back and forth a few times now - in the ETZ probably for good now. I don't mind the extra hour lol.I'm rooting for the Bears but I think an upset is possible.
The one thing I'll never get used to living in ET is no noon football!
