Beautiful man lovie is
Unprecedented cap space, multiple QB needy teams in the top 5 and the top 10 while the team seemingly has their QB for the future, and the top 2 ranked QBs finished their season with excellent games.kinda scary when your new GM has the #1 pick. can f*** it up or set us up

Should be fun.
Ideal situation is that one qb moves to the top of the pack, and Seattle leapfrogs Houston. We’d still get one of the big 2 defensive players, along with the rest of the haul.I stole this list from another site, but it gives a rough idea of possible trade down areas. And this list of draft order is not final:
1 Bears
2 Texans (need a QB)
3 Seahawks (need a QB)
4 Cardinals
5 Colts (need a QB)
6 Lions
7 Raiders (need a QB)
8 Falcons (need a QB)
9 Panthers (need a QB)
10 Eagles
11 Titans (need a QB)
12 Texans (2ND PICK)
13 Jets (need a QB)
14 Commanders
15 Patriots
It's a weird draft, in that you can probably name 4 or 5 guys right now that have a chance at being selected #1. So while that isn't necessarily good for the Bears if they want to trade down. All it takes is one team falling massively in love with one of these guys.
I'm trying to think of the most Bears thing to do. Trading Fields, drafting a QB with the #1 pick, and then watching Fields become a hall of famer, while the QB they draft at #1 busts, is the most Bears thing imaginable. So that's what I'm going with until they prove otherwise. I won't be excited about this #1 pick until the Bears don't f*** it up.
It is my understanding that all 3 qbs have suitors. Since you’re all dreaming here is mine.Ideal situation is that one qb moves to the top of the pack, and Seattle leapfrogs Houston. We’d still get one of the big 2 defensive players, along with the rest of the haul.
