This team has been so poorly coached for the entirety of Everflus' time. Penalties galore. Unaware during big plays/moments. Only beating weak teams. Unprepared game plans.

Eberflus is suppose to be some defensive guru but can't keep a lead to save his life (whenever he gets one that is).

The defenses coached by Matt Eberflus have not had a strong history of protecting leads. The Bears use plenty of zone coverage, which is fine. However, playing too soft with a lead or making tactical errors once armed with leads can cause trouble.
