I don’t recall them saying that. That’s purely speculative….This is what Windsor said 3 years ago when they went and got Shane Wright, "this team chemistry will be fine"

Kind of like you saying Luchanko would force a trade to London and refuse to go elsewhere...I don’t recall them saying that. That’s purely speculative….
Fair enough! Touché lol!Kind of like you saying Luchanko would force a trade to London and refuse to go elsewhere...
I would also add, the league front office keeps a close eye on imbalance trades between teams, all deals must be approved by the league before making them officialIn theory, maybe but a GM would be doing a disservice to his team if he allowed a NTC clause to effectively chop the trade value in half or worse. It sets a precedent. It would be strategically better to keep the player and forego the return in order to maintain respect in the league for future trades and players holding NTC’s.
There is also a courtesy offered by reputable GM’s that when these sorts of issues arise, the GM of the receiving team does offer a comparable deal to market value otherwise they simply decline which allows the holding team to make an alternate appropriate deal.
This is why even if a "part two" were agreed upon between Guelph and London it would have to look right on paper, it can't/won't be Luchanko to London for scraps and no picks.I would also add, the league front office keeps a close eye on imbalance trades between teams, all deals must be approved by the league before making them official
My opinion on the pp would beGoing to be interesting how Marty runs the powerplay. Colts have 10 forwards who have are worthy of PP time.
It’ll be Stewart Gardiner hemming 3rd line and Lowe on the 4th I would assume. Unless they wanna flip Stewart and Jelsma to give the 2nd and 3rd lines more balanceLooking forward to seeing this team play the 2nd half of the season. We all know who the top 6 is going to likely be. The biggest question is who is bumped down to the 3rd and 4th lines.
My guess is:
- Wakely, Romani and Van Steen
- Jelsma, Beaudoin, Patterson
- Hemming, Stuart, Newton, Gardner, Derbridge???
Could do that too I think the only set line is the NB line and that Lowe will probably play 4th line minutes unless there’s a injury.I could also see;
Hemming-Beaudoin-Patterson
VanSteensel-Wakely-Romani
Stewart-Jelsma-Gardiner
Lowe-Newton-Derbidge
