2-1 Bakersfield after one period, McGrew has our goal on a redirect.

Quiet start for Gushchin, he got better as the game went on. Couple turnovers, but had 3 SOG. His best shift was this one:



Laroque's keeping it pretty simple, he's had good positioning. Only had one shift where he started to scramble a little.

5-2 Knights late in the second. Turning this off because the camera work is legit atrocious.

Henderson scored about ten seconds after Nollenberger said the Cuda couldn't afford to give up another and I just had to laugh.

We look awful. Emond can’t control a rebound to save his life, Gush looks indifferent out there, the only guys that look good are Gallant and Knayziev

Emond has gotten a little better since early in the season but behind this defense he is going to get shelled every single time he goes out there. The whole team looks checked out, really. I had hoped they would at least act like they didn't want to end the season on a 15-game losing streak, but here we are.

This is easily Gallant's best game all season, I'm actually surprised that fourth line is looking good tonight.

Lane looks like a waste of a roster spot out there. Was nice to see Raska back up all the talk I have to my friend about him being a shit disturber. Again, I wasn’t impressed with Edmond. Was expecting Stalock to start the third but I imagine he’s starting tomorrow. I will reiterate how disappointing Gush was.

Raska's been one of the guys who's still putting in the effort, I don't think the guy has an off switch.

I never said there's any reason to be impressed by Emond. Emond was legitimately the worst goalie I've ever seen on this team earlier in the season. He's now just not all that much worse than Stalock is. With our defensive problems, he's going to have a bad time out there.

I mean, we traded a terrible RFA goalie for a terrible UFA defenseman. We might have lost a very tiny amount of potential, but it seems doubtful.
