No reasoning was ever given. Blumel’s agent said it appeared the Oilers weren’t interested in signing him.

We speculated it was because they weren’t happy he chose to go back home rather than continue developing in North America but we don’t really know.

I think Petrov has a natural, goal scoring ability, but it will never show on the 4th line. It showed immediately with Savoie and Philp.

100%. Shit or get off the pot time. No Lavoie, Bourgault or Tullio in his way. It's pretty much him, Savoie, Wright and Griffith (is he a C there?) as RH wingers down there now I believe.

Anyone hear any updates on Jarventie? The Condors could really use a boost with the loss of Lavoie.
