If this level of suckitude continues to the end of October I'm ready to completely blow the team up. Fire DeBoer, "Retire" Lou (just because he's getting old and we need to find his replacement anyway), hold a fire sale with our players (only hold on to young guys, Schneider, Greene, and Brunner unconditionally), bring up the kids and tailor our game plans around developing the young player's games for the future, and hope to hell Bettman takes mercy on us and gives us our first rounder back.

EDIT: We won't be devoid of veterans. We'll still have whoever we couldn't sell/NTC players who didn't want to leave (probably Marty & Patty). If Volch won't budge, send him down to Albany and prepare him for buyout.
