I'm not a fan of the hire because of the optics and because he hasn't been successful in a long time but he was once regarded as one of the best coaches in hockey and employs the type of puck possession system that I think could work with this group so I'm now on board and hoping that he learned some lessons.

Last week Bob said they are hiring an assistant or associate coach with head coach experience with two teams.

He didn’t specifically say DJ but It was heavily implied.
