I'm a pretty optimistic Jets fan but even i thought we might stumble a little without our best goal scorer Connor, 6-1-1 since he got hurt. This is a very good team.

I'm kinda optimistic but I thought how are we going to replace 20 % of our scoring, well game in game out other have taken it upon themselves to score and we continue to roll and roll and roll

Nice to take a clean 4 pts out of this series without any serious injuries -
Names is my call out of the day - he looks really good out there with and without the puck.
Not just the hard work - he has skill / smarts to go with it.
Add a shooter to that second and they will be built for success (playmaker, smart / skilled grinder, and someone who can put it in the net.

Also nice to see Bro put up another win - he's looking solid.

Yeah, somehow Chevy has build an extremely deep team, that can run 4 effective lines and pick up the slack for each other as needed.

It had been a pretty tight 3 to 1 ratio this season between Helly and LB, but it is starting to look like LB is getting a few more starts thrown his way. As it is trending it looks like the plan is to play Helly closer to 55 games rather then his historic 65 or so games. This should really pay off with a fresh Helly in the playoffs.

Top line has cooled off and it's the bottom 6 picking up the slack right now.

The fourth line won't stay that hot so we need to get our top 6 going.

I think the Wild have the ability to suck the life out of the skilled guys -
I expect the top 6 to bounce back once they start playing teams that focus on hockey.

Gut check win great pushback, what a great way to end the calendar year

Minny played a good game. Played hard. They have been VG at home this year. Despite all that Jets were full value for the win.

I didn't much like the staged fight at the start. Thought it might backfire on us. Worked out OK.

Once again, Croissant was solid except for the goal that was called back. My first thought was that Helle would not have let that one go in. Then it was challenged.
