That wouldn't be the 4th line if Frenchie , Lowry and Little were playing , all 3 would be sitting i think .

Like a long one to secure a spot.
Otherwise it will be a battle til the end for that last WC.

Also we can't afford a long losing streak if we alternate wins lost and so.

6 pts doesn't sound like much, but it's tough to make up. I think of it this way; assuming the other teams in the mix only go 50/50 in their games, you need a 6 game winning streak to make up that ground. If even one other team gets hot, you gotta win even more.

There was a post in which the point was that all criticism disappears when Jets win.

Never seen the situation there are no room for critics. However. Be a Finn Jets fan and come again to say there are no guys 4.30 am local time.

I'm a part of that vocal minority who actually appear here at all (in bad or in good). I fight against that BS jinx idea whenever I can (jinxing all I can). When I attend I appear with over 90% certainty as a Finnish chapter's 1%er representative, being highly probably one of the most drunken Jets fans online. That said, I'm also one of those who drop first offline... That does say that I went to a bed.

I don't take it easily at all when that BS is coming from outside, as I am not the first guy who drops out from HF Jets (when I drop out from here, I am the dead one). There are also a company of other Finns (whom I do not represent with this comment), in this NHL chapter.

If we drop out 3.00-4.00 am of local time, no troll can ever come point that out. If that happens, please address @Se829ne before any generalizations. f*** off!

No holes in Helle's game last night.

Jets were creating great scoring chances. Easily could have had 2-3 more goals.

Weak D is much less of a problem when you spend most of the game in the O zone.

KC was on fire all night.

Strongest performance of the season. Team played great and Hellebuyck is the best goalie in the world right now. Appleton, Roslovic, Ehlers and Harkins were particularly good. Lots of good, young top and middle six talent on this team.

I think you should add Kulikov to your list. Might have been his best game as a Jet.

But the Jets were awesome. Only dislike was special teams, especially when the Jets had like 2 full minutes of zone time and then went on the pp and lost the momentum

They are better 5 on 4 than 5 on 3. All around the perimeter at 5v3. No one going to the net.

Never said anything about Shore's offense. He is good defensively. He is good on the pk. It's not a moot point as how many times have a completely healthy roster. There will always be the 13th guy in etc. But when did we have a better 4th line without a costly td pick up?

This was the Jets first time winning the second game of a home n' gnome this season.

Previously they dropped the 2nd game to Calgary, Dallas, St Louis, and Detroit. This trend was scaring me as it has more of a playoffs adjustment type of sub game to it, where teams adapt in the second game. Glad to see a win on one.

If we keep playing like we did tonight the playoffs are a real possibility. I know there are a lot of doubters out there but getting down and dirty in a battle for a wildcard spot is kind of like its own little playoffs. Anyways everyone around us tonight sure seemed to be having a hell of a lot of fun.

The reason there are so many doubters is that Jets have not played like that very often (ever?) this season.

But you are right, if they play like that, they will get in. Could be a fun finish to the season if the WC battle lasts.

They also can be heavily sheltered at home which also helps. They are a disaster on the road where we don't control the matchups.

He is good defensively but I think his offence isn’t enough to be given a regular spot. Much like James Wright in that regard.

And if memory serves, weren’t Roslovic and Perreault fourth liners during our 2018 run?
