I'm concerned about Parsinen. He looks like he should have all the tools necessary to play 3C or wing on line 2. Plus his size and skating. But he doesn't appear to anticipate ... read and react.... quick enough which leaves him a step behind the play.They were not good the very next game. Parsinen, Mitts, and Lehhky scored our only goal today, and it was off the rush.
We are lacking that third dimension on any line for sure, and it's what they default to when they can't snipe it.
Wood actually does bring some net front chaos, but not nearly as dangerous as the obvious two.
I don't know (yet) if its laziness or ice awareness. He complains at the linesmen at the face off dot too. That will hurt you in the long run.
But I'll cut him some slack for a bit longer.
