There in lies the problem… no 2nd line and CMac has to actually be aggressive to solve it. If he patches it with Wennberg, it’ll just be more of what we have now.

True. Our record with Nuke is very good. Without him we are terrible. If we get both back on a good level, we are one of the best.

I mean… and elite center like Crosby could carry the line easily. Hell that’s what Naz could do so well. He was a one man 2nd line at times and exactly what was needed.

At times, when he was not coasting about. Mikko could do the same thing if Bednar would bother to separate him from MacKinnon and tell him to carry his damn line. TBH, Mikko did it more than Kadri ever did.

I feel bad at going at Kadri here, but those memories have grown so much sweeter after winning the cup that people sometimes seem to forget what Kadri was really like.

Yeah Kadri had to be playing well, but when he was… he was able to just control play. Still does in Calgary.

Frankly, you need to push him. Which would be to put him to #2C and tell him to carry a line. Bednar refuses to do that for some reason.

I think you need to prepare yourself for PTSD. I think Landy will be ready for next season, but I really just don't see him playing this season.
