He’s amongst the best, but he isn’t the best.I mean, that’s your opinion I suppose, but the hockey world doesn’t really seem to agree. Not only did Matthews win 2 consecutive Rockets, the Hart and Ted Lindsay just last year, but I believe he was a finalist for both the previous season as well. Nevermind being top 10-15 in Selke without playing the PK.
I get being pissed about his second round lack of production, I’m with you all, but Matthews resume has him clearly one of the very best in the NHL over this contract tenure.
