At this rate, we're going to miss the playoffs...

The road record is abysmal and that just won't cut it. It might be time to either start looking at moving a few guys and getting a decent return (Brown, Richards, Stoll) or bringing up the youth. A loss to Edmonton is unacceptable.

Seemed fitting.

18 losses all of last year on the road. The Kings already have 14. You can't dress those numbers up.

Teams that lose 25+ games on the road, or play sub 400. hockey on the road, don't make the playoff's.

It's that bad, I am sure Lombardi is looking at the same thing.

Its an atrocious road record so far. I know I'm not overreacting because the numbers and on ice play speak for themselves.

The kings would basically from here on out have to play 600. hockey on the road with OT/SO wins included to make a decent road record for the year.

The Kings have dug themselves a hole.

The Kings have 23 road games left, they need at least 12 to 15 wins out of those to even have a shot. That's with continuing to win at a ridiculous rate at home.

I really don't find it too difficult thinking that the Kings will have a record somewhere in the neighborhood of 12-8-3 in those games.

This team plays its best hockey when their backs are against the wall.

Where's Axl Rhoadz when you need him?

I don't want to miss the playoffs but six months ago this team was hoisting a Stanley Cup, most of them doing so for the 2nd time in three years. This team is 10-1 in playoff series the last three playoffs.

For me, they've earned the right to try and repeat until they can't possibly do so.

It needs to be more like 12-3-8, The Kings can't afford very many more regulation losses on the road.

If the Kings get to 20 road regulation losses...That's not making playoff territory.

Just awful watching this team in November/December/January. Every year with this core man.

Next year I should just not watch hockey at all during those months.

We need some D, Perhaps if VV comes back they can right the ship

Court is not even till march, and he is going to be out of game shape if he even makes it on NHL ice this season.

It will take a good two, maybe three weeks for Slava to get up to speed.
