Tough to win when you’re 11 million dollar player does this every playoff. No one else has a guy making that money that completely no shows come playoff time. We can’t win like that. Too much flows thru him

Sad to see what he's become, and he's been a huge disappointment in the playoffs. If you can find a way to move him out they should probably do it. Who cares if the team gets worse they need to retool again.

I’ve never ever wanted to throw a player under a bus, have defended players, sometimes too much, but Panarin is not the answer for this team. Not sure how they can even more him.
I have been beating the anti-Panarin drum since around March of his second season here. Once he got all the Hartemi hype and attention, he completely turned into a selfish, narcissistic liability. Yes, he continued to accumulate points but he completely stopped being a difference maker who showed up and worked. I‘ve spent the past 3 years trying to convince these boards that you cannot win with Artemi and that his regular season production does not matter - he could have 150 assists in the regular season next year and it still wouldn’t matter - if he refuses to change the fundamental way that he approaches the game he will still be a liability. I almost guarantee you can go to the first posts after we were eliminated or our season ended over the last 3 years and find various versions of this exact post from me for each year.
Loved what he was under Torts, and when he got here, he’s still a good player but nowhere near the reliable two way player that he was. he’s getting older, wasn’t going to play that style forever, especially when he got away from that structure. Legit mvp candidate his first year here, played d to boot, wish would could turn back time.

I wanted to be wrong on him and he showed flashes towards the end of the year, but now even Vally is openly talking about him being an issue in the post game.
We need cap, more speed and a culture change and moving Panarin is a major catalyst to start that.
