Again, it’s a long season…we haven’t had as many injuries as normal, our goaltending has had wild swings and could return to bad…Most importantly, do you trust Sorokin or Shesterkin over Jarry? I do…

Yeah I don’t trust either over Jarry. Jarry has been solid when his team isn’t sloppy as shit and he’s seeing insane scoring chances on him. He’s had a few bad games this season but so have those names mentioned as well. I don’t get the Jarry hate here, this fan base has a solid goalie and it’s just straight dumping on him.

Jarry has had 1 actual playoffs round. Let’s see what he does this year first. Which should make you happy. If he does well he stays if he doesn’t then this team needs to find a new goalie as Jarry will likely find a new home and do well elsewhere like most ex pens do.

Also our defense isn’t better than the Isles or the Rangers to be honest. As well as our so called “defensive structure.”

They couldn’t even tighten up in front of Spicy pork. If they can figure out the best pairings (dump dumo finally) and play a more sound game defensively, they’d give the goalie a fair shot as well. You look at that first Buffalo game and how many shots Jarry was facing in the first period and you think this team is prepared for the playoffs? Lmao mate come on.

The fact that you need elite goaltending for this team says more about the team than the goalie. Jarry at times shows he can be but I have always felt they’ve done him a disservice with no veteran leadership for a back up.

I watched a lot of them earlier this year and they were basically Sid & Geno it from back in the day. Playing on separate likes but then putting them out there together before commercial breaks such. I haven’t caught a lot of their games recently so they might be rolling them together more often.
