Not sure where to put this, so it goes here:

Briere dismissed from Mercyhurst
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Spud drops the gloves and wins a convincing bought with one of the Canucks. Ethan Bear did not fair well there.

Seattle makes the playoffs in year 2

Terry‘s 12th full season as owner is about to extend his NHL playoff drought record to 12.

Well what do you think happens when you tank for 3 years to get a super star 1c and miss on the guy? Also depleting the organizational prospect depth along the way. I’m happy they got lucky with some players and recovered.

I pose a question:

The team coming out of the west in the Stanley cup finals is: ____ ?
Edmonton.

The NHL finally gets it's head out of it's ass and the officiating in the playoffs is at a high standard, so the stars finally start to shine....

Ahhh snap, that's such a far fetched wish I can't even finish it.

:help:

I think the coaching hires from Rolston on are a larger factor than the rosters we’ve had and the structures for them. As limited as our prospect pool was then, the main roster of guys was even worse. And the impatient decisions by management made things worse. For a time, this organization was allergic to developing a guy in the minors for more than a year. It seems that has subsided, but it has crept into the fanbase.
