Oskar Sundqvist to the Blues for 1 yr at 775k.

I would've been pretty happy to have him on that deal. I'm thinking that KA has decided to keep Olofsson until the TDL at least, and fill spots with Rochester guys though, despite the Quinn injury.

Not too happy if that's the case. Although Sundqvist is more of a winger for 3rd or 4th line. We expected a guy like Quinn to have a breakthrough this season and he seems to be a lot better defensively than Olofsson. It is also not clear where Olofsson will play to make this line look good, definitely not with Mitts.

Still a little hope for someone like Tarasenko or Tatar. Maybe Nosek for 4C role.

Scanned the rosters and don't see any current Sabres players or prospects. I know Mittlestadt and Okposo have played in the past. Hudson Fasching is on a team.

I wouldn't be shocked if that were a factor.

But, there have been reports that Briere wants a lot for Hart, like Verbeek wants a lot for Gibson. So, I think it's a little bit of both of those things when it comes to Hart not moving yet.

Canes development camp ends today. According to reports, some of which are being talked about on the Canes board, Massimo Rizzo is included in the trade back to Philly for DeAngelo. I wonder if that's true, and if so, if the TDA trade unclogs some moves. It seems like the Pesce move and potentially a trade for Karlsson are being held up.

I think, like the Sabres, the Canes will need to make some trades.

For those that want a better answer his name is Kale Clague (and barring injuries he's probably in Rochester all season?) Also he claims to have not attended the gala nor been in London the day of the alleged assault.
